Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you book or travel with us.
Last updated: 25 October 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the trip, sightseeing and vehicle services provided by Devbhoomi Safar (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the website, making an enquiry or confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms.
If you are booking for other travellers, you confirm that you are authorised to share their information and accept these Terms on their behalf.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website or confirm a booking.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
An enquiry, quotation or availability check does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm availability and receive the agreed advance payment.
We may ask for the lead traveller’s name, phone number, email, pickup location, travel dates, number of travellers and identity documents where required for permits, hotels or vehicle verification.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. We are not responsible for missed pickups, permits or bookings caused by incorrect details.
The lead traveller is responsible for communicating trip details to all travellers in the group.
3. Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are based on the vehicle, route, duration, season and number of travellers specified at the time of enquiry. They are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
Unless expressly included in the quotation, prices do not cover tolls, parking, state permits, entry fees, monument tickets, guide fees, adventure activity charges, meals, accommodation, personal expenses, driver night allowance, extra kilometres or taxes not mentioned.
Prices may change if the itinerary, vehicle, dates, number of travellers or services change, or if fuel prices, taxes or government charges change before the trip. A confirmed quotation will be honoured for the agreed scope.
Any additional service requested during the trip will be charged at the rates applicable at that time and must be paid before departure or as otherwise agreed.
4. Payments
An advance payment is required to confirm a booking. The balance is payable on or before the date communicated in your booking confirmation.
We accept UPI, bank transfer and cash, or other methods confirmed by us in writing. Please obtain a receipt or written confirmation for every payment.
Payments are subject to realisation. A booking may be treated as unconfirmed until the funds are received and verified. Bank charges, payment gateway fees and applicable taxes are payable as stated.
If a payment is reversed, declined or charged back without a valid reason, we may suspend or cancel the booking and recover the amount due, including reasonable costs.
5. Changes & Rescheduling by You
Requests to change dates, vehicle, route or the number of travellers are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Where we agree to reschedule, the advance may be adjusted against the new date at our discretion. The revised date must be confirmed within the period we specify.
Any difference in price between the original and revised booking is payable by you.
6. Cancellations & Refunds by You
Cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing by phone, WhatsApp or email and are effective when we acknowledge receipt.
Unless your booking confirmation states otherwise: cancellations 7 or more days before departure are eligible for a refund of the advance, less any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred; cancellations 3–6 days before departure may retain 50% of the advance; cancellations less than 72 hours before departure, no-shows and departures missed due to late arrival are non-refundable.
Permits, hotel deposits, flight or train tickets and other third-party services may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date. We will tell you about such items before booking where possible.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or a verified bank account within 7–10 business days of approval, subject to bank timelines. Applicable taxes, gateway fees and transaction charges may be deducted.
Refunds are not available for unused services, early departure, missed sightseeing, road closures or changes caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control, except where required by law.
7. Changes or Cancellations by Us
We may need to change a vehicle, driver, route, accommodation or itinerary for reasons including availability, safety, weather, road conditions, permits or mechanical issues. Where possible, we will provide a comparable alternative.
If we cancel a trip for reasons within our control and cannot offer a suitable alternative, we will refund the advance paid for the affected services. Our liability is limited to that refund.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including missed connections, alternative travel costs or lost business opportunities.
8. Itinerary, Routes & Timings
Itineraries are indicative and may be adjusted by the driver or our team for safety, traffic, weather, road closures, local restrictions or the interests of the group.
Sightseeing is subject to opening hours, permits, weather and local conditions. We do not guarantee access to any particular viewpoint, temple, trek or activity.
Pickup and departure times are estimates. Please be ready at the agreed time; delays caused by late arrival may shorten the trip and are not refundable.
9. Vehicles & Drivers
Vehicles are provided for the agreed itinerary and seating capacity. The vehicle type may be substituted with a comparable or better vehicle depending on availability.
Luggage must fit within the vehicle’s capacity. We may refuse to carry excessive or unsafe luggage, and additional charges may apply for luggage carriers or extra vehicles.
Drivers must be treated with respect and must not be asked to drive in unsafe conditions, exceed speed limits, drive beyond permitted hours or enter restricted areas.
Smoking, alcohol and illegal substances are not permitted in the vehicle. Seat belts must be worn where provided.
10. Traveller Responsibilities
You must carry valid government-issued identification and any permits, passes or documents required for your route, including for restricted or border areas.
You must comply with all applicable laws and respect local customs, religious sites, wildlife and the environment. Littering, damaging property or causing a public nuisance is not permitted.
You are responsible for your personal belongings, medication and travel documents.
You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle or property caused by your negligence or the negligence of travellers in your group, including repair, cleaning and loss-of-use charges.
We may end a trip without refund if a traveller behaves in an unsafe, abusive, unlawful or disruptive manner towards our drivers, staff, other travellers or local residents.
11. Health, Safety & Adventure Activities
You should be medically fit for the trip you choose. Please tell us in advance about any medical condition, pregnancy, mobility limitation, allergy or other requirement that may affect your travel.
High-altitude areas, treks, rafting, skiing and other adventure activities carry inherent risks. You participate at your own risk and must follow safety instructions and operator rules.
Adventure activities, ropeways, safaris and similar services may be operated by third parties and are subject to their own terms, safety rules and liability limits.
We recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance for all travellers, especially for high-altitude and adventure trips.
12. Luggage & Personal Belongings
Luggage and personal belongings remain at the owner’s risk at all times. We are not liable for loss, theft, damage or delay except where caused by our proven negligence.
Please check the vehicle before leaving. We may store left items for a limited period, and you will be responsible for collection or shipping costs.
Valuables such as cash, jewellery, electronics and documents should be kept with you and not left unattended.
13. Force Majeure
We are not in breach of these Terms if performance is delayed or prevented by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, landslides, floods, earthquakes, fires, epidemics or pandemics, strikes, road closures, government orders, restrictions or other force majeure events.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative itinerary or date. Refunds, if any, will be governed by our cancellation policy and the costs already committed to third parties.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a booking is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected services.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, missed connections, alternative travel costs, or loss or damage to personal belongings.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
Third-party services are provided subject to the terms of the relevant provider, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
15. Insurance
Travel, medical, evacuation and adventure insurance are not included in our prices unless expressly stated.
We strongly recommend that you obtain insurance appropriate to your itinerary, health and activities.
16. Photography & Marketing
We or our drivers may take photographs or videos during trips for training, quality and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please tell us before or during the trip and we will take reasonable steps to avoid using your identifiable image.
By submitting reviews, photographs or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for our business, with attribution where reasonable.

You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, republish, sell or exploit our content without prior written permission.
18. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information. It forms part of these Terms and is available on our website.
By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

21. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking, unless a change is required by law.
Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
