We process personal information in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Depending on the purpose, we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, compliance with a legal obligation, or other lawful grounds permitted by law.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and may mean that we cannot provide some or all of our services.

8. Payments
Payments may be made through UPI, bank transfer, cash or other channels we confirm at the time of booking. We do not ask for or store full card numbers, CVV codes or banking passwords on this website.
Payment providers may collect and process your payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive only the information needed to confirm and reconcile the payment, such as the amount, date, transaction reference and status.
Bank or refund account details shared with us are used only to process the relevant refund and are handled with restricted access.
9. Data Retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. These include restricted access on a need-to-know basis, secure transmission where appropriate, and staff awareness of confidentiality obligations.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to affect you, we will take appropriate steps and notify affected individuals and authorities where required by law.
11. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold your personal information, access it, correct or update it, or erase it where it is no longer needed for a lawful purpose.
You may withdraw consent to processing, object to certain uses, or ask us to stop sending marketing communications. You may also nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, as permitted by law.
To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 30 days).

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
13. International Transfers
We primarily store and process information in India. Some technology or service providers may process information outside India as part of their services.
Where information is transferred outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure that it receives an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law.

This website may link to third-party websites, maps, social media pages, payment platforms or booking tools. We are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.
We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any third-party service you use.
